There is a 14-day trial with every feature working, so licence fees are not refundable. Here is exactly what that means.
Aned Book gives you a 14-day trial from the day you install it, and during those fourteen days everything works. Not a cut-down version, not a watermark on the bill, not a cap on how many invoices you may raise — the whole software, on your own computer, with your own items, your own customers and your own bills.
That is deliberately long enough to do the only test that matters: run your actual counter on it for a fortnight and see whether it fits your shop.
Once a licence has been issued, the licence fee is not refundable.
We would rather say that in one plain sentence than bury it. The reasoning is simple: you can use every feature for two weeks before paying a rupee, so nothing about the software can be a surprise afterwards. A licence key is also generated for your specific computer and cannot be un-issued once it has been handed over.
If you have not finished evaluating when the fortnight is up, tell us before you pay rather than after. We would far rather extend a trial than take money from somebody who is not sure.
Nothing is deleted, and nothing is held to ransom. The software stops accepting new entries until a licence is entered — and everything you already put in stays readable, printable and exportable. If you decide against buying, your fortnight of data is still yours to take out.
If something is wrong we would rather repair it than take the software back. Tell us on WhatsApp or by e-mail and we will work it through with you while your support period is running. That is what the twelve months of support is for.
One exception, and it is not really about refunds: if you are charged twice for the same licence, or charged and no licence is ever issued, that is our error and we return the money in full. Write to info@anedya.net and it goes back the way it was paid.
Silver and Gold renew yearly, and you cancel by simply not renewing — there is nothing to cancel and no notice to give. Lite and Basic have no renewal at all, so there is nothing to cancel there either, and billing on them never stops. See the licence terms.
