Aned Book is made and sold by ANEDYA TECHNOLOGY LLP, registered in India.
You may read, print and share these pages. The text, screenshots, logo and software are ours and may not be republished as your own or used to represent another product.
Aned Book is licensed, not sold — the terms of that licence are on the Software Licence Terms page, and buying a licence means accepting them.
The software is a tool for preparing bills and keeping books. It is not tax advice and not an accountant. Checking that what you file is correct remains yours. GST law changes; we update the software, but the responsibility for a return is the taxpayer's.
We will make a reasonable effort to keep the software working as described on this site and to fix faults reported to us while your support period is running.
We cannot promise the software is free of every defect, nor that it will suit a purpose we have not described. To the extent Indian law allows, our liability for any claim connected to the software is limited to what you paid for the licence. We are not liable for indirect losses — lost profit, lost business, or loss of data you had not backed up.
Keep backups. The software takes them automatically when you close it, and you can copy them anywhere you like. A backup you hold is the only thing that survives a failed disk, and we cannot restore what we never had.
Prices on this site are in Indian rupees and are exclusive of GST unless stated. We may change prices for future sales; a change never affects a licence already bought.
We may update this page. The date at the top says when it last changed, and a change applies to what happens after it — never backwards to a licence already sold.
