Bought once, ₹4,500 + GST. It works with no internet, your data stays on your own computer, and billing never stops.
Pick this trade when you create your business and these are switched on from the first bill. You can change any of them later.
The lorry receipt book a goods transport agency runs on — consignor, consignee, vehicle, route, freight terms and who pays the GST. Issuing one is what makes a business a GTA in the first place. Freight bills are raised against them.
A switch on the bill for supplies where your CUSTOMER pays the GST, not you — a goods transport agency under s.9(3). The bill states the rate and charges nothing, and the return declares the value without the tax.
SAC codes instead of HSN, and no stock tracking.
A register of the documents that need one, and a JSON file for the government’s bulk upload tool. It does not generate the e-way bill — you upload the file and the portal returns the numbers.
Default GST rate 5% on a new item, and units of NOS, TRIP, KG, QTL, TON, KM ready to pick. Every rate is editable per item and per bill.
Tick one box at setup and Aned Book seeds a starter catalogue for this trade, with HSN codes and GST rates already right — so the first bill can be raised the same day.
The trade decides what is switched on. The rest of the software is the same for everybody.
CGST, SGST and IGST worked out on every invoice from where the customer is.
Send a customer's bill straight to their WhatsApp from the invoice screen.
Enter moves through every box on the bill. Built for a queue.
Tax liability, GSTR-1, HSN summary and stock, from your own bills.
Nothing here needs a connection. Your books sit on your own machine, encrypted.
A backup when you close the software, and only when something changed.
Aned Book adapts to fourteen of them. Nothing forks — it is one piece of software.
