Extra counter: ₹3,000 + tax to add, ₹1,200 + tax a year. A second or third machine in the same shop, on your own wifi, sharing one set of books. People who can sign in are unlimited and always free.
A licence is a one-time payment for one billing counter, and it includes twelve months of updates and support counted from the day you activate it — not from the day it was issued, so time on a dealer's shelf is never taken out of your year.
On Lite and Basic, when those twelve months end, billing does not stop. Ever. What stops is software updates, GST rate and HSN table updates, and phone and e-mail support. A shop that cannot bill a waiting customer is not something we will ship.
Silver and Gold are sold as yearly subscriptions and say so at the point of sale. If the renewal is left, billing does stop 29 days after the date — with two warning stages first, and nothing deleted. Moving to a perpetual Basic brings billing back for good.
Renew on or before your due date and you get thirteen months for the price of twelve. However early you pay, the new year runs on from your existing date, so paying ahead never costs you the days you had left.
And there is no reactivation fee at any age. Come back after three years and it is an ordinary renewal at the ordinary price.
